Auto-generate Slides and PowerPoint Reports on a Schedule

At Slideform, we're working hard to build the world's best presentation automation solution. Part of that means saving you and your team time on recurring presentations. If you have slides or PPT reports that need to be generated on a regular, recurring basis, you can set a schedule for the report to be auto-run for you.

Put your reports on autopilot

With Slideform, you can automatically connect content, data, graphics, and charts to presentations. Our tool is designed for teams that create customized, data-intensive slide decks on a recurring basis. Its like Power Automate, or Google Apps Scripting, but much more flexible and extensible.

Embed any data in your reports

Slideform integrates with all the major BI dashboard tools, spreadsheets, Google Drive, and Sharepoint. Supported data integrations.

Slideform goes beyond any basic automation tool because we understand the needs of analytics teams and their clients.
  • pull in data, KPIs, metrics, and charts from spreadsheets, dashboards and CRMs
  • include images, text, embedded videos, links, and data tables
  • filter data individually or at the entire deck level

Send a dashboard chart to a slide template:

Use a custom report template

Create a report template with your existing branding, colors, and style, then link the data into the correct locations in your report. The beauty of Slideform is that it is completely customizable and editable in PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Control the presentation output

In Slideform, you can take advantage of the many advanced features that are built for professional analytics teams.
  • send slides to Google Drive or SharePoint
  • set slide visibility and sharing settings
  • set a dynamic file name for the report output, including the client name, date, or filter settings
  • create many copies of slides or entire presentations in bulk mode

Set it and forget it

One of the features that agencies and internal analytics teams love about Slideform is the scheduling. Once the report is set up, you can set a schedule to create a new deck every day, week, or month with configurable options for time of day, etc. You can also schedule updates to an existing Google Slides deck at a persistent URL, or append slides to a deck.

Then, set up notifications so that stakeholders, account managers, and others get the report emailed to them. Slack notifications are coming soon!
