Last Updated: Jan 14, 2026

  1. Introduction

Welcome to Slideform! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our software-as-a-service application. By accessing or using Slideform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Slideform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Description of Service

Slideform connects your data to presentations and reports, enabling the automatic generation of analyses and slide decks.

Slideform will use commercially reasonable efforts to design and implement updates, enhancements, and changes to the Service in a manner intended to minimize material disruption to Customer access and usage. While Slideform aims to avoid breaking changes that would materially interrupt the Service, Slideform does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may introduce changes that modify or discontinue certain features, functionality, or integrations.

Slideform's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Slideform Responsibilities

Slideform will use commercially reasonable efforts to:

  • Provide access to the Service in accordance with these Terms, subject to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, force majeure events, and circumstances beyond Slideform’s reasonable control.

  • Implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • Operate and maintain the Service in a manner consistent with generally accepted industry standards for comparable SaaS offerings.

Slideform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service and does not warrant that the Service will meet all Customer requirements.

5. User / Client Responsibilities

The Customer is solely responsible for:

  • All data, information, and other content you upload to or connect with Slideform.
  • All use of the Service under your account, including compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
  • The accuracy, legality, integrity, and appropriateness of all data and content submitted to or processed through the Service.

  • Ensuring proper authorization, permissions, and licenses for any third-party data sources, APIs, or integrations connected to the Service.

  • Any consequences arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

6. Fees and Payment

Use of Slideform may require payment of subscription fees. You are responsible for all fees associated with your use of the service, including applicable taxes or other charges. Subscription fees will be automatically charged to your designated payment method on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice to Slideform prior to the start of the next billing period. For quarterly and annual subscriptions, cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days before the next billing period begins.

All subscription fees paid to Slideform are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final, regardless of usage, cancellation timing, or any modifications to the service. Slideform does not issue refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, downgrades, unused time, or unused features.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Slideform are owned by Slideform, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights laws.

8. User Data and Privacy

Our collection, use, and protection of your data are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using Slideform, you agree to the practices outlined therein.

9. Termination

Slideform or you may terminate your access to the service at any time. If Slideform elects to terminate your access without cause, Slideform will provide at least 60 days’ advance written notice prior to the effective date of termination. Notice will be delivered via the email address associated with your account or another reasonably designated contact method.

Termination of your access due to your violation of these Terms, misuse of the service, or other breach will not require advance notice and may be effective immediately at Slideform’s discretion. In the event Slideform terminates your subscription without cause, Slideform may, at its sole discretion, provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the then-current billing period. No refunds will be provided if termination results from your violation of these Terms or other improper use of the service.

If you terminate your subscription, your access will continue through the end of your then-current billing period, unless otherwise specified by Slideform.

Upon termination of your access for any reason:
• Your right to use the service will immediately cease as of the effective termination date.
• You remain responsible for all fees accrued through the effective date of termination.
• Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no refunds will be issued for amounts already paid, including prepaid subscription fees.

10. Disclaimers

Slideform is provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. Slideform makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the service or its content.

11. Reasonable Use
The User agrees to use the Software in a manner consistent with normal and reasonable operational purposes as outlined in the Software's documentation or user manual, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The User shall not use the Software in any way that is excessive, abusive, or beyond its designed use capabilities, as determined in the sole discretion of Slideform.

The User acknowledges that unreasonable use may strain or damage the Software, servers, networks, or other resources of Slideform, and agrees not to undertake any action that may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on such resources.

In cases where Slideform identifies that the User's use of the Software is not reasonable, or might adversely affect the Software's performance for other users, Slideform reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate the User's access to the Software. Prior to such limitation, suspension, or termination, Slideform will make reasonable efforts to notify the User and provide the User with an opportunity to reduce or rectify their use to bring it within reasonable limits.

Nothing in this clause shall limit Slideform from exercising any rights or remedies it may have in the event of breach of this clause by the User.

12. Liability

Slideform is responsible only for damages directly caused by its failure to operate the Service in accordance with these Terms. The Customer is responsible for liabilities arising from their data, use of the Service, integrations, or breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slideform and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

Slideform’s total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer to Slideform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

Slideform may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting, so we encourage users to review these Terms periodically.
